Our team understands ministry because we’ve lived it. From volunteering on Sundays to receiving a small stipend, serving bi-vocationally, part-time, and full-time we’ve experienced every stage of church leadership and the unique challenges each role brings.

We know what it’s like to lead through the shift from traditional worship to a modern expression (yes, we’ve navigated the worship wars). We’ve built teams from scratch, introduced in-ear monitors, and handled the weekly tension of “it’s too loud” or “it’s too quiet” all while chasing consistency in sound and excellence in worship.

We’ve served in established churches with deep roots and in church plants facing the weekly grind of portable setups and borrowed spaces.
